I highly recommend booking a driver for your trip to Sri Lanka. I don’t know how we would have survived our trip any other way given many properties are difficult to access and go in/out. Having consistent transportation made our trip so easy. A huge thank you to Gayan who was our driver for 8 days. The car was a Toyota Prius, which was always clean and in good condition. He was an excellent driver. We had a lot of luggage for two people but he made it work. He was always on time, spoke great English, and gave good recommendations and insight to Sri Lanka. He also helped us organize a few tours along the way that we had not originally planned. We stopped to try some fruits along the way during long drives. We would book with him again and highly recommend him if anyone is considering booking transportation in Sri Lanka.

HOW YOUR PACKAGE WORKS

UNDERSTANDING YOUR PACKAGE

Each package gives you a fixed kilometre allowance for your full booking, with chauffeur service for up to 10 hours each day.

FIXED KILOMETRES FOR THE FULL BOOKING


Each package includes a fixed number of kilometres for your entire booking — not a daily limit.

For example, if your 7-day package includes 950 km, you can use those 950 km across the 7 days however you need. You might travel 50 km one day and 200 km another.

UP TO 10 HOURS PER DAY

Your chauffeur service is available for up to 10 hours each day.

Additional kilometres beyond your package are charged at USD 0.4 per km, unless your specific booking states otherwise.

Everything you may want to know before booking your private chauffeur.

  • Where can my chauffeur service start?

    Standard pickup is available from Colombo, Negombo, Bandaranaike International Airport and nearby areas within roughly 10 km. For other pickup locations, please check with us before booking.

  • What happens if my flight is delayed?

    Let us know as soon as possible by WhatsApp or email. We’ll do our best to adjust your pickup. If a major delay creates substantial additional operating costs, we’ll discuss this with you first.

  • Are child seats available?

    Yes, child seats can be arranged on request. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm availability.

  • Can I request extra chauffeur hours?

    Yes, extra time may be possible on request depending on the day’s route and availability. Ask us and we’ll advise the best option.

  • Can you help arrange activities during my trip?

    Yes. You can ask us about safaris, train journeys, attractions, guides and other activities. We’ll confirm availability and any additional cost before arranging them.

  • What is not included in the chauffeur price?

    Unless specifically stated, attraction tickets, activities, guest accommodation, guest meals and other personal expenses are not included.
